Fleet service. Believe me, that's hardly the worst job ever. Drive the truck out, connect a hose, turn on the pump, disconnect, connect chemical hose, fill the tank, disconnect, drive off.

Uhmm, you gave great info on the model at least, but no symtoms. Does not start means little. Does all the electrical stuff work? Does it make any sounds when you turn to the key to start? Does the motor turn over, but just won't start? Man…

Look at the throttle body to see if it is open. If it is (probably), find out what is holding it open. Look at it with the key off and on.
