96 ram 2500 5.9 runaway?? Trans problem?

So I just changed the trans on my 96 5.9 and long story short when I go to start it, it immediately wants to go full throttle ALMOST like a runaway. I can shut it off no problem by turning the key off like normal. Everything on this is stock and before the new trans it was fine. I see that there are a couple of adjustments on the trans but I’m not sure where to set them or what it adjusts. I can’t find a picture of it online so I hope my picture will load for you. It looks like an accumulator or maybe a little shock with a yellow diamond on it that says bd, it’s mounted on the outside of the trans right next to what looks like a bike cable and both of which has to do with the valve body. I’m not a trans guy so I’m sure for those of you that are I’m driving you crazy so I’m sorry lol.
