  • Hi, It maybe that the drivers for the sound are not installed? Some pc's have software installed to show the volume icon, check with the pc manufacturers site to see if you need to download it. Arnak

  • Hi, Yes it will be as you first got it but all your programs and data will be lost so if you want to keep the data back it up first. Programs will need re-installing. Arnak
