I'm sure they get more money from the ads than charging us for it. I don't think they would have that many willing to pay for sites that are always not working. Always having problems.

Go to your Contact list on your mail page. They should be there if you saved them. Also check past emails, sent and received. Their email address will be on them.

You can send Feedback but it won't do any good. The sponsored ads pay to be there. They appear from info in your email messages. You had to agree to this when you signed into the new mail.
