• Lets say you take it to a shop and get a new HDD, as most laptops have a recovery partition, but it may be destroyed or fried as well. keep magnets away from laptops in future and micrwaves??

• I have never heard of changind circuit boards on a hard drive before, so what you doing is beyond me? Just doing that would cripple th drive?

• are all you fans working with each other and not against? you need to flow the air through not circulate it, clean out dust from fans, especially CPU fan and heatsink. Check you r bios for temp. settings and don't overclock.
