It goes above 50 also in some cases, but naturally the cup size will start from E or EE.

If the hhoks are of metal, close them permanently and make the bra noconvertible. Else use bra extenders as the band size looks to be smaller that what it shpuld be. Go for 1 size up in band and always use center hooking method.
