The reaction is: KOH + H2SO4 = K2SO4 + H2O This is not balanced and, as the products contain K x 2 we need more K at least. 2KOH + H2SO4 = K2SO4 + 2H2O...It is now balanced. The name of the salt is Potassium Sulphate.
