Doesn't sound like you have PCOS given regular cycle and negative tests. This is however a hard diagnosis to made (insulin resistance is hard to test), but since you don't have any classic PCOS symptoms, I am not sure why your doctor is bothering.…

Best is metformin which is a first line of med prescribed for PCOS to help manage insulin resistance (a low-carb/glycemic diet or losing weight would also work as well). Try that first. Good luck.

You should consider (ask your doctor) taking baby aspirin for at least 4-5 weeks until placenta takes over - it helps prevent / minize clotting around the placenta and it is perfectly safe. That is what our doctor prescribed after first miscarriage…
