Just Google that. You will find a lot of sites. Try DeviantArt and also Brusheezy, make sure to check the brushes say they will work with Photoshop 7. Good luck.

You won't be able to extract those pages and make a new document unless you have Acrobat Pro. However, you can of course select each page you need and print it. That will at least give you a hard copy of just the pages you want.
