How do you factor 12x^2 + 36 x?

I have some factoring problems :/ can you show me how to factor

1. 12x^2 + 36x

2. Y^2- 7y + 12

3. 36y^2 - 16

4. 3x^2 + 13x +4

5. 6x^2- 13x +5
