Is this a good own made Program?

Hi guys,

Am only 14 I am trying to grow some chest, shoulders and good thighs.

So I have made my own Program, but I dont know if I would see any change if I do this everyday.

I am trying to do this from now till 19 march (My Birthday), would i see any difference?

P.S M stands for Morning, N stands for Night. So (M&N) = I do 25 push ups at night and morning.
