  • Philosophically speaking, it depends on his present physical fitness and mental health conditions, his mental steadiness and his mental stability counts a lot here. I cannot guess anything without seeing him. I mean the real patient.

  • "Smother love" is more a perversion than a paradox.

  • No, I can see how that would make sense (it's not a paradox). Maybe his heart was filled with so much love/joy that he had a heart attack and died. I believe this is possible if he had a physically weak heart.
