Example: if Traditional braces cost $4,000, and Invisalign cost $8,000, and your insurance pays 50% up to $2,000 (typical), whether you get metal or invisalign, it still only pays $2,000. Divided by 24 months, AS LONG AS you stay on the plan. You pay the rest.
