MIAMI PD, MIAMI-DADE PD, OR NYPD?

Hi I just enlisted in the army for 4 years active duty and want to join either NYPD, Miami pd, or Miami-Dade pd when everything is finished. I currently live in NYC and have family in Fl. I know a little about NYPD,but how do the Miami police departments compare as far as pay, how many years before maxing out, overtime, and most importantly which is better Miami pd or Miami-Dade pd and why? Also NYPD requires 60 college credits or 2 years active duty, what do the Miami police departments require and also will they look at me first with military experience? I plan on making a decision and taking one of these tests soon before being shipped out.
