1997 Mercury tracer problem?

When I am driving and I am around 45 - 55 mph and take my foot off the accelerator or off the brake, I hear a shimming/grinding type noise.. any ideas what it could be?

Update:

The noise is more towards the font of the car.. if that makes a difference..
