There are a couple of episodes with Kakashi confronting Tobi with Chidori (or the Lightning Cutter, actually), but neither of them take place in the Hidden Leaf (if you meant the Land of Fire as a whole, my mistake). So the episode you're thinking of could be 134 or 202/203.
