If you want to help real refugees in Africa, donate to either the Red Cross or the UNHCR http://www.unhcr.org/pages/49c3646c368.html so you know your money is actually going to the people who need it most, not some scammer in an internet cafe making more money off one scam victim than real refugees get in 5 years.
