my black ops 2 promo code never sent?!?

I pre ordered Call of duty black ops 2 in august (meaning I receive the wave 2,3 and 4 bonuses) But when i try to use the bonus it asks me for a promo code! I checked my email and everything and nothing but the order reciept is there? Help please!
