Is this a solid fantasy trade?

This is a 12-team, non-PPR, 2 QB/1 OP (instead of a traditional flex) league, my roster is as follows:

QB: Matthew Stafford

QB: Peyton Manning

RB: Trent Richardson

RB: DeMarco Murray

WR: Jeremy Maclin

WR: Stevie Johnson

TE: Jimmy Graham

OP: Joe Flacco

D/ST: Cardinals

K: Zuerlein

Bench: Felix Jones, Montario Hardesty, Kendall Wright, Kendall Hunter, John Skelton

IR: Danny Amendola, Vincent Brown

I've been offered the following trade:

I Give: Stafford and Graham

I Get: Jay Cutler and Darren McFadden

The only reason I am considering this is because I am so thin at RB and Murray's injury concerns me (as does having to rely on Felix Jones). Should I pull the trigger or stand pat?

    I dont see why you would do this deal. You'll be left with a hole at TE. Go with Jones this week at RB and stand pat with what you have.

    I'd hate to give up Graham, he's been hurt but he's still capable of putting up a lot of points. You could give up Stafford since you have Manning, but Graham's potential would be hard to replace.
