Blackberry curve 8520 camera problem!!!!?

v had my BB8520 since just before christmas ans all of a sudden when I press the camera button I get a message saying..." !could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again" what does this mean and how do I solve the problem as I have tried taking battery/SIM card out and lots of other things and still no joy.....any ideas??? .... if it is the apps not letting it work.....how do you know which ones are running and how do you stop them?????.........this is well P*****G me off!!!!

    Hi.I saw this problem with another user on yahoo answers.Now I can't seem to find the solution.Call tech support and explain the issue.Ask to do some trouble shooting steps

    try closing other applications and opening the camera again.

    i hated mine, they cost alot to fix, my screen broke on the first day somehow and carphone warehouse said it costs £180 to fix! which is stupid because the phone doesnt even cost that much:s It froze for a while, theres not much themes to it, theyr all depressing, its just so boring to have, but its good for IM, i think itd be ok for you though, oh and the battery life on it is amazing
