Is a hot guy 'naturally' hot?
I am 18, male, and have always thought I was average looking really. But I went out to see my old school class mates who I haven't seen for a long time (we were at school from age 13 to 16 together). All the girls said I look really attractive now! That day I put a lot of effort into gelling my hair, making myself smell nice, wearing my fav clothes.
On a normal day like right now I think I look ugly but I feel I can 'do myself up' to make me look attractive when I need to.
So do you think most hot guys are actually just average looking most of the time but when they put in effort they can make themselves look hot?
Also I reckon there was a bit of fluke/luck that I looked hot when I saw my old school friends. Somehow for no reason at all my acne cleared up completely during that week but it has come back a bit now again for no apparent reason.

No, look it's just that they have certain permanent features that look good like for example the color of their eyes, or their smile. that stuff aint gonna change with make up is it. but if you have decent features, and are of a good build, you can really do yourself up and look hot. most people do that, you haven't seen what dragons they look like without all the extra work.

Of course 'hotness' is not only for those with 'natural hotness'
Everyone has ugly days and everyone has good days where they put in some effort.. a touch of make-up, some hair-product, nice clothes, some perfume etc. ... and suddenly you look awesome. Me being a girl, this is probably more apparent as girls are much more inclined to use products than men.. or at least more products than men. But the fact still remains that a little bit of effort = feeling more attractive.
Why else would we do it?
Well, not completely true, a hot guy must first have some decent face features, then they can do all sorts of stuff like gel and makeup, like girls, many of them only looked like models when they're wearing makeups.
