Is Speedo a TNC company?

Hi all, I was wondering if Speedo is a TNC (Transnational Co-operation)? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere! Thanks for your help!

And also, if you know any swim brand that is a TNC, please inform me.

    Its full name is 'Speedo International Limited'.

    It is at its core an Australian company, but its HQ is currently in the UK.
