I'm just going to say that you wasted money on buying GTA 4 on PC. To begin, the PC port of GTA 4 is complete garbage. Even on $2000 gaming PCs the game has lag spikes and doesn't run very smoothly. The only real games Intel HD graphics can play are older games like Team Fortress 2, The Sims 3, etc. GTA 4 is probably to this day one of the most, if not the most demanding game on the PC. This is the only time Rockstar Games has let me down. With my specs I should be able to run GTA 4 on ultra settings no problem, but instead I am running it on lowest settings with 20 FPS and many lag spikes.
Your gadget is a lot too liable to be enjoying such an intensely badly ported computing device game that demands a effectual CPU. GTA IV runs maximum suitable on a quad middle, like the i5 and up. finding into it, i do no longer even think of your gadget meets the minimum standards. Your workstation (computing device?) has some very previous aspects in it. The ATI Radeon HD 3200 you have is a lot under par with in the present day's standards. A twin middle working at a million.9 GHz will additionally no longer get you everywhere. Your RAM is somewhat no longer sufficient, as 6GB is a needed quantity. accepted, improve your workstation. in case you like a life like quantity of FPS (enable's say 60), you are going to would desire to enhance. Your modern-day gadget is a lot too underpowered to play an in intensity game like GTA IV.
I have 1.6 quad core with 512 mb vram
I uninstalled it very shortly after because it was like 10-15fps (I'm guessing)
