when i send email to my friend, it bounce back, failure delivery due to temporary error.
when does yahoo temporary error happen? In which case it happen? what the different from permanent error?

Pretty much what Mr Ed already said. Most likely some maintenance work due to server updates (possibly related to new Yahoo beta mail bloatware).
A temporary will be fixed,permanent won't.
