Can I press charges if no damage was done?
Recently some childish kids threw bananas at my house (I'm not joking). It caused no damage but it was sticky. If I had proper evidence of this do you think anything would stick if it didn't cause any paint or property damage? (I understand the law varies from state to state I just wonder if in general this is vandalism without them causing tangible damage).

Since no damage was done the charges could be Criminal Mischief, Trespassing, or, in some states, Disorderly Conduct.
Not sure but I just wanted to say thats kinda funny. But I think you could get them on something I mean think of it this way, if a cop was driving by as they did that the cop would arrest them you know
Im sure you could "press charges" if you take enough time. It would be considered vandalism. But can you prove who it was?
it looks like you might have a case. it list egging as a kind so im sure throwing bananas would fall in this category. http://www.criminal-law-lawyer-source.com/terms/va...
Littering I'm sure.
maybe disturbing the peace or vandalism.
