How do I "reshape" my abs?
Before the the winter high school wrestling season in 2011, I had gone to the gym a few times and built up a pretty good build for abs. After the wrestling season was over, my abs have gotten much more defined, but quite uneven. My upper left-hand abs are noticeably smaller than my upper right, and its a nuisance. I occasionally do ab workouts at home, and usually try to put strain on the left side of my chest/abs (touching elbow to knee), but got no results.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can't be done. Abs are whatever shape they are. Many people have uneven abs... just be glad you have any abs at all!
** You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.
P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer.
How old are You? It's pretty common for younger guys to have uneven abs. They naturally even themselves out as You get older. For some guys, it take up until they're in their early 20s. Other, they're always straight. Don't sweat it
Talk to your coach or trainer. It's very likely that this is how you're built and there's nothing you can do about it.
