  • By Radon 6840...do you mean Radeon HD 6850? If so, you'd need to return it.

A DESKTOP graphics card will not work on a LAPTOP! A desktop graphics card requires a PCI-E X16 slot (that is ONLY found on DESKTOP motherboards) and may require extra PCI-E power.

The Radeon HD 6850 REQUIRES a PCI-E X16 slot AND an auxiliary PCI-E 6pin power connector (all found on desktop computers).

Secondly, no, you cannot use a USB-to-VGA adapter. There are things out there can convert VGA (input) to USB (output) but not the other way around.

As an analogy, your are trying to put on car rims & tires on a bike...that doesn't work.

  • its goodbye rather much forgot the question pci e is the extra useful of the two its extra modern-day meaning extra much low-cost and its quicker meaning no lag time and additionally you will %. the size of ram you elect from 8 meg to 2 gigs it fairly is ultimate on an identical time as agp dont pass plenty larger than say 512 or so
