I prefer Ava...it's too popular currently for my personal taste, but it's still a very sweet, classy name. Ayla will always make me think of the heroine from the "Clan of the Cave Bear" books. And if you have to ask if there's a better way to spell it, that's a sign it will get misspelled a lot!

Hi I like both of them really good. Ayla is a rare name, I am not to sure if there are other ways to spell it but here are some that might kind of sound like it. Isla with a silent s. Ahla kind of like a hawiian name. Good luck
