How do I write a contract?
Me and my boyfriend have rules for our relationship, mainly as jokes! Simple obvious things like "no cheating, no speaking to other girls" etc. and for Christmas I want to do something funny and write him a mock contract listing the rules in which he has to sign and agree on. How would I begin the contract? I want it to sound very professional and legal to add to the humor of it!

Don't worry about it being "too good." Premarital agreements have specific requirements which you are not likely to accidentally draft. Your contract cannot supersede existing civil and criminal law, anyway.
Others have provided some good examples. Just make sure that it's not too good... or else it will be a binding contract.
