serious problem, please help !?

SERIOUS PROBLEM. HELP.?

for the past month iv been feeling like i need to throw up, & if i eat alot , i feel like throwing up also.

iv been feeling all down lately, & i feel like i cant breathe enough , & i feel like always going out to places and being with my bf , nobody else. should i go to the doctors? or am i just sick?

maybe im like this because i dont eat enough.

i only eat bread with butter in the morning and a snack in the afternoon

and dinner at night. im really weak , and i dont excersice.

im not overweight. im only 15 and i weight 110.

im getting really low self esteem, im getting celulites on my legs so i always think im fat.

i think i have a bad body when my bf always tell me i have a great body, & i always

think i look ugly now a days , and i feel like im not good at anything.

i feel so bad that i feel like im gonna die soon.

but not like suiside , i dont think about those kinds of stuff.

what should i do ? :(

  • First of all, are you pregnant? Secondly, your eating is atrocious for someone that is still growing. Third, you hormones are still running amuck because of puberty. Ha, its said, all women get cellulite, also some men. Women have a extra layer of fat surrounding your body and that is why you have curves instead of bumps like boys. That layer is also handy storage for energy needed in raising babies.

    15 year old are notoriously hard on themselves for not looking like movie stars. Emotions run particularly high also. Lighten up, accept yourself. Let the hormones flow - they'll settle down soon, relax, and maybe they'll relax too.

    If it persists, go to the doctor.

  • You need to go talk to a doctor or a counselor soon. Tell them or even print out what you wrote on here and show them. If you bf tells you that your body is great, then believe him. Try and think good thoughts not bad ones about yourself or anything. Look around and see the beauty of the trees and flowers and the rivers and stars and appreciate it. Take a walk in a park, especially one with water, a pond or stream or river, and just enjoy. Get some exercise, that will get blood moving to your brain more and make you feel better.

  • Okay this is just a phase that everybody goes through; I've been through it, my friends have, all girls do.

    First off, you're not fat. I know it sounds corny, but everybody is beautiful in there own way. We all feel insecure at parts of our life, but we just need to reassure ourselves of how beautiful we really are.

    Listen to your boyfriend. He sounds like he really loves you and cares about you. Try to stop being self conscious, and just live your life, cuz you only have one. You're body is going to do things that you might not always agree with, but you just gotta go with it. Work with whatever you have, show others that you could still be beautiful with a little cellulite on your legs.

    Another thing, take care of your body, because you only have one. So eat right, exercise, & just have fun with yourself. =]

    Also, if you start getting really stressed about this, talk to someone. Your boyfriend, a friend, your mom. I'm sure they'll all have pretty good advice.

  • the secret to losing cellulite or fat in general is to eat a good amount (a lot compared to what you're eating) of healthy food in small chunks throughout the day. 5 or 6 smallish meals at equal intervals. and get exercise.

    even skinny people get cellulite if they don't exercise. it comes as you age.

  • just be positive, eat healthy too. Especially do not think you are fat.. if you are 110 pounds that is not fat at all, you are fine.
