After you've been duly impressed by the fabulous job that their software did for you, they're hoping that you'll buy it, which will probably allow you to remove the text. If you have the image file, from what you describe, just crop off the bottom.

You should pay for the program if you like it. They watermark it like that so you can see how it works and test it out.
I would advise against using a crack. If you are earning money from what you are using it for you can get sued BIGTIME.
buy the software or find something else...
