Mid end audio system?
I am purchasing these audio parts for my 1995 Mitsubishi 3000gt and I was wondering if they will be compatible with each other and if they are a good money's worth. Also, would it be better for me to put more money on my amp or sub? Which would make my system sound better?

Update:Also, I need to know what cables I need to hook this system up, and what cables would provide the clearest sound.

your amp is 400 watts rms and your woofer is 300 watts rms...you don't want to exide the watts rms of your woofer by more than 10%....I'm not good at math...but i think your exiding your woofer by more than 30%...you will end up blowing it...you either...get a 400 watts rms woofer or higer NOT lower....or you get a 300 watt rms amp..or LOWER....the only thing that happens when you underpower a woofer is that it won't be working at 100% AND it will last longer....oh and for the installation....MTX recommends Street Wires...but i think that Monster Cable..is the best...which ever you get....get a complete amp kit...it includes everything you need...i would recommend at least 4 gauge....is safer.....look on places like ebay for an amp kit
