Macey: 3/10. It's cutesy, nicknamy-sounding, won't grow up well, seems kind of tacky due to Macy's being a semi-upscale department store, and has too many possible spellings with no "right" spelling (Macey, Macy, Maci, Macie...)
Ava: 9/10, it's beautifully simple, classic, and intelligent-sounding, the only minus is that it's really popular right now.
Alexis: 6/10, it's a nice enough name but seems kind of dated and not super-sophisticated...I'd expect an Alexis to be in her 20's or early 30's, it feels kind of "over" for a new baby. I prefer the more regal and timeless Alexandra.
Sienna: 5/10, it's very pretty but too trendy and sounds somewhat low-class.
Kayleigh: 2/10, way too cutesy and low-class, it's not a name that will give her any kind of boost to succeed in life. I especially hate the "gh" spelling, it always makes me go "ugh!"...Kaylee or Kaylie would be a little less awful, but still bad.
Michaela: 7/10, it's a lovely classic name with this spelling, but has been kind of junked up by all the trashy misspellings out there (Makayla, McKayla, etc.)
Olivia: 9/10, same feelings as Ava.
Amelia: 10/10, it's as beautiful and classy and historic as Ava and Olivia, but less popular.

Ava - 8/10 Very pretty, I always think of a beautiful, happy little girl.
Alexis - 5/10 Not really a huge fan, but it's not bad.
Sienna - 7/10 I think it's pretty, but it's becoming trendy and more popular by the day.
Kayleigh - 3/10 Ughh. Kaylee isn't bad, but Kayleigh is.
Michaela - 9/10 I love this name and spelling. Beautiful.
Olivia - 8/10 Same as Ava.
Amelia - 6/10 It's pretty and classic, but I don't think it's anything special. I prefer Amélie (the french form).
