who deserves the reward? Part 2?

there is an opinion based question about a homeless guy, and a millionaire gives the guy 5 dollars, while another homeless guy gives him 4 dollars, which is all he has. A genie pops up and gives the one of them a reward for being generous, however is indecisive. so who deserves the reward? (most people say the homeless guy)

Part 2

In the same situation a millionaire comes up, he gives the homeless guy 9,100,000 dollars, and he owns exactly 10 million dollars. Another homeless guy give him 9 dollars, and he owns exactly 10 dollars.

Now who deserves the reward?

    $10 is practically worthless, so giving $9 away is no life changing event.

    The guy with $10 million could easily have $20,000 of debt each month or need a million a year to run a compnay.

    In conclusion:

    Who deserves the reward:

    Part 1: Neither, because because both gave a practically worthless present away so they are about the same.

    Part 2: The homeless guy deserves it more, because he gave practically nothing away, wherease the rich guy was stupid and gave 9 million to some bum, he doesn't get a reward based on stupidity.
