I have had surgery eight times and have two cages that have degenerated in my spine. I have 32 wires and 34 screws in my spine but, it's now falling apart and I go to a pain clinic for relief.
You'd have to go to a pain clinic to see what they have to offer. There's a very wide cornucopia of drugs for th individual for pain that a regular doctor won't use. They're very strict about these drugs but will struggle along with you until they find something to quell your pain.
