A good fitness program?

Okay so, I NEED to lose 30 lbs in two months, hush I know it's not healthy but I will stick to it.

What would be a good fitness program?

How can I do this? How many hours a week do I need to exercise. What exercises do I do? Something that reduces arm and thigh fat...running? Stair climbing? Walking? How many times a week, how long and what exercises? Thanks!!

A proper diet will be set up, any suggestions for food?
