Do these sentences need commas?

Inside these schools children play games, have, and talk.

-Should there be a comma between schools and children?

Some people built this place both cool and awesome.

-should there be a comma between place and both?

  • In first sentence comma is necessary but there is something missing after "have". Rest of the sentence is correct.

    In second there is no need of comma anywhere.

  • I don't think either of the sentences to be added any comma but they both sound strange to me and don't really make sense. "games, have, and play"? They 'have' what? This sentence is incomplete.

    As for the second sentence, I don't think those two adjectives even belong in the sentence.
