How reliable is fi car audio.com?

So I'm In the market for a new system and I have chosen to go with a custom built fi bl 15 it's 400 delivered to my door with all kinds of fancy add ons. Now my question is how reliable are they I mean I just don't wanna drop 400 and not get anything back. Has anyone ever ordered or used them ? Any reviews

    They are pretty reliable but they do however take a while to ship which is okay considering that your sub is made exactly to your specifications
