How do i perform a Full System Restore?
I was searching for something and i read an article... A java popped out of my screen which i thought was normal since it was java... But then i notice it downloaded tons of virus... Can someone please tell me how i can restore my computer to the day i bought it? or thats not possible D;
Update:I don't have the disk... So is their another way of doing it...
And if so, how do i do it?

yes you can restore the computer to the computer to the factory settings. by doing this you will loose all your personal information that you have stored on the computer. there are 2 ways of doing this
-one is to use the cds you got when you got the computer and reinstall everything
-the other if the computer has a restore partition, you can contact the computer manufacturer or check the manufacturer website and see how a restore is done.

Put in your windows disc and restart to boot from CD. You may have to go into bios and put the cd drive ahead of the hard drive in the boot order. If your PC doesn't have disc it may have a recovery partition. These can be accessed differently depending on the manufacturer. Just look up the companys website. Or google How to boot"Dell or w/e kind it is" from recovery partition
Proceed with caution or maybe if you can have a friend who won't charge you look at it if they know what they are doing.
