I just had this happen to me not even two weeks ago! The first thing you should do, once seeing that you are unable to get it to stay in the hole, is to use the orthodontic wax that you were given, which will hold the wire in place, and also prevent it from bending and poking you. You should call and make an appointment with your orthodontist, just let them know what is going on and they will fit you in as soon as possible because they don't want any delays in the progress of your shifting teeth.
Good luck, and as long as the wire is still in place, especially at the beginning of the treatment it is not the most dire of emergencies. However, if the wire is out then bands are more than likely off, and once they come off then nothing is really holding in the wire, so better safe than sorry!
If you mean the bracket on your back tooth - the very last tooth, just see if you can put it back in - or have a parent help you. That would happen to my daughter once in a while and she could just pop it back in the hole. If it keeps coming out, then you need to call the ortho on Monday (if they are closed on Saturday) and have them adjust the wire.
book an appointment with ur orthidontist
