Sounds like you have low end hardware that can't handle the graphics demands of the games. An easy upgrade of RAM or video card would probably fix it.
Go to tiger direct http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Category/c...
and get a video card. You'll probably need som RAM too though. You just have to make sure you get the right kind for your motherboard.
I had the same problem! (Sims2) It was pretty slow to load and to zoom in/out. After i got a new computer with a better graphics card, the game ran much better! I recommend getting a new graphics card or if you have the $$ a new computer.
The best graphics card out there is $350
A decent one for that game to play well would be around $100
Check out stores like Best Buy or Circuit City (BestBuy i recommend)

I got mine @ tigerdirect
I would guess the increase in polygons that the computer has to take into consideration. You may need to upgrade your RAM or processor, or you may need to go into the options and decrease the amount of details the game will show. The less details the computer has to worry about or the more memory it has at its disposal, the more efficiently the game will run.
probably your pc
either you have to much junk on it or its simply outdated. Try turning down the graphics settings, see if that helps. if it does its just ur computer cant handle that much stuff goin on at once
You need a better graphics card my friend.
Plain and simple.
um.. your computer probally isn't good enough to run it like that.. try toning down the graphics and esolution

What game system do you use? PC or other systems?
