Video Driver Problem Inspiron 1525?

I recently redid Windows on my Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop (32 bit). I installed most of my drivers. When I try to play the games already on the computer, I get the message:

"The game is running in software rendering mode. Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver, which could slow game performance. Make sure you have the latest video card driver installed and that hardware acceleration is turned on."

I already enabled hardware acceleration, and the only video driver on my driver disk that I do not currently have installed is the "Broadcom BD Accelerator solution Rev:A04". But, when I try to install it, it says:

"The Broadcom setup program was unable to detect a Broadcom High Definition Video Decoder card. Setup will now exit."

The one I do have installed is "Intel GM965 Express Chipset Family Rev: A03".

I'm not a real big computer person, so what do I do? It looks like I'm missing a driver, but I can't figure out which one. Any ideas?
