Keeper League I assume. I'm also assuming that these players are being kept in certain unknown rounds. If that's the case as long as Kemp and Hamilton don't cost you a top 3 round keeper then I would accept.
I'm hesitant about this trade, but I would favor taking the deal. Based on auction value alone, this trade seems to match dollar for dollar. Kemp has been injury-prone for the past two seasons and there are question if he's ready to start the season by Opening Day. The Dodgers would like to have him by the start of the season, but the OF depth and the lineup suggest that they want Kemp to be 100% ready, even if he starts the season on the DL. Nontheless, Kemp is a bounce back candidate. Speaking of another bounce back candidate, Hamilton is ready the start his second season for SoCal other team, the Angels. Last season was basically a lost one for him, as he never got going to start the season. By the time he got better, the Angels were out of the playoff contention. A healthy Pujols and MVP candidate Mike Trout in the lineup, Hamilton should fare well in his second year, but not Texas well. Moving to the NL basically solve all of Liriano's woe, as he went from an afterthought to a Cy Young candidate, much like A.J. Burnett before him. He still had some bad starts in between last season, but he finish with his best season since 2010 and staying in Pittsburgh could be the best thing for him right now.

It depends who will cover 1st & 2nd base for you..
The outfield is a lot deeper than the infield.
I'd haggle a bit;C.D. is a high priced stud this year, and Josh has been really bad the last few years..Josh may be done, cooked, stick a fork in him.
I'd make a counter offer for a player you like instead of Josh.I wouldn't want Josh.
gud loock
