You can always show your hairdresser the picture. To me it looks like she's had blonde highlights put in and let them grow out. You can just have them put in really low though if you ask. Its kindof a more subtle balayage which is really popular right now
If you google image balayage her picture is one of the first to come up when she'd had it done more recently!
i would take the picture in with you into a salon so they know exactly what shade you want..thats what i always do and it really helps
