Fibromyalgia and Sleep Paralysis?

Sooo... I believe I have fibromyalgia. I have a dr appointment to find out for sure tomorrow, but im just curious about whether fibromyalgia and sleep paralysis are linked in some way. I get sleep paralysis often but im wondering if maybe the fibromyalgia is triggering it. I know that fibromyalgia can cause sleep disorders, so does my sleep paralysis have anything to do with it? Im just curious

    Sleeping poorly because of the discomfort of fibromyalgia can cause sleep paralysis. But the illness does not in itself cause sleep paralysis.
