stress due to sports?
I am a freshman in cross country, the season is about half over. when the season started, I was not prepared whatsoever and was close to the worst on the team. running was so incredibly hard for me, but i worked through it until i got shin splints. since then, the few girls who were slower than me have become much better than me, and I have only been able to run one of our four meets. I'm just super stressed about this, any advice for me?

Yes, lighten up. If you have done the best you could, that is good enough. Probably the only one who cares is you.
