Com essa configuração até roda, mas ainda assim tá meio fraco...
Tem notebooks que tem essa configuração com 6m de cache L3 e 8 mega de RAM, a exemplo do CCE onix 8710-B, que no fundo, em que pese ter menos velocidade, é um i7 com mais memória e acaba tendo uma performance melhor que a sua, salvo pelo fato da placa grafica dele ser uma porcaria.
Aconselho a vc procurar um notebook com sistema operacioanl linux, pois esses, enquanto máquinas, são muito melhores que aquele que já vem com o windows pré-instalados. Depois que chegar, vc instala o windows... quebrará a cabeça para procurar drivers, mas vale mais a pena pq terá mais máquina, o notebook é mais barato (vem sem o windows) e vc pode ter uma placa gráfica boa, como é o caso das ATI e GeForce.
