Present Tense?

I have been having weird and scary thoughts lately. For example; I am going to slip and fall, my baby's is going to have an accident, while I am crossing the street I am going to be hit by a car. These aren't dreams these are thoughts that randomly come into my head. ??

  • Your becoming paranoid. Do not worry, our Government is working very hard to make everyone feel the same way.

  • I used to have dreams like that. It usually means you worry a lot in your life. Maybe a little too much. To reduce the dream, try doing some relaxation. I would play video game or watch a move if i am ever stressed or worried. Try to enjoy life a little bit more to reduce the dreams.

  • This can be a form of anxiety manifesting itself. If it gets worse, I would see a doctor about some medication to fix it. Some medications have side effects, however, you and your doctor need to talk about weighing the symptoms against the side effects and see if medication is necessary for you.
