How to turn Sleep Paralysis into a Lucid Dream?

I've been having a few Sleep paralysis lately. And I've had it when I was a kid. I am 14 and I get very scared from sleep paralysis but I heard that you could change Sleep Paralysis into a Lucid Dream which would be fun since I've been getting SP lately.

Can anyone tell me how to turn Sleep Paralysis into a Lucid Dream?
