MAGNUM ALERT NAPCO SERIES 1000 DISPLAY TROUBLE?
I Have A Magnum Alert Napco 1000 Series Alarm and I accidently opened the window with it armed and now it keeps flashing the number of the zone I opened with 3 lights rapidly and it wont stop. ive pushed 9 over and over again. My dad was the only one who could fix it and he passed away recently. Oh and the alarm system isn't hooked up to anyone. But he used to go in to the control panel open it hook up the telephone line, and he would hear a click in the telephone or something. Then he would run to the keypad and push a number(s). That's where Im having the trouble I cannot for the life of me remember what he used to push or do or anything, and this blinking is driving me crazy! Please help!

you have to know the master code or a disarm code to disarm the alarm that you caused. It is usually a four digit number entered into the keypad
